How far in advance should I order?

Standard cakes: 5–7 days. Tiered cakes and weddings: 4–6 weeks. I take a limited number of orders each week, so the earlier the better — especially for weekends and holidays.

Do you ship?

No — I only do local pickup in Spring Hill, TN or local delivery. Cakes don't ship well; I want yours to arrive perfect.

Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes. Anything under 48 hours' notice carries a rush surcharge if I can fit it in. Send the enquiry and I'll let you know.

How do you handle pricing?

Prices depend on size, design complexity, and flavor. After our consultation, I'll send a custom quote. A 50% deposit reserves your date.

Can I provide my own design or inspiration photos?

Yes, please! I welcome inspiration photos. I will create my own version rather than copy another baker's work, but I can absolutely capture the same feeling.

Do you have gluten-free or dairy-free options?

Some recipes adapt well, others don't. Mention any dietary needs in your enquiry and I'll tell you what's possible. Note: my kitchen is not certified allergen-free.

How do I store my cake?

Buttercream cakes: room temperature, in a covered cake box, up to 24 hours. Cheesecakes and fruit tarts: refrigerate. I'll give you specific instructions at pickup.

What if I need to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date with at least 7 days' notice. Final balance is refundable up to 48 hours before pickup.

Do you do dessert tables?

Yes — pair a cake with a few dozen cupcakes and a fruit tart, and you've got a beautiful spread. Mention it in your enquiry.
